My job always purchases items from here all the time and I'm never disappointed. Recently won a delicious cheesecake from here through the job.

Best petit fours ever!

For great doughnuts come here. Traditional it chocolate glazed. They are the best. Otherwise they have a variety of cookies, bar, cupcakes and cakes.

My favorite bakery in so the world ... And I've been traveling and tasting for 40+years! Their smiley face iced sugar cookies are LIFE.

Really disappointed in donuts today. I did not look at donuts when girl at store put them in box. When I opened box later to eat one, I noticed they were a lot smaller than previous times I have purchased there. They did not even taste very good. I called and talked to someone at The bakery. They first said that the donuts were the same as always, but she admitted that the donuts did not rise before making them that morning and sold them anyway. This is my first bad experience with their donuts. I will try one more time. If they are bad next time purchased, Ryals is history for me. Dunkin or KK. Also, I tried them one day later, they were awful.

My girlfriend bought me a cake from here one birthday and it was incredible! I have been back on numerous occasions to have some of their various sweets!

We bought some cookies and strudels, the lady gave us the smallest cookies in the case, and the smallest pieces of strudel too. The cookies were ok

Beyond delicious!!!! I drive 100's of miledsout of my way just to buy their petite-fours!~! Their blond brownies...oh, their white frosted cakes....oh, their gingerbread men.!!!!!!!!!

Best hometown bakery. The staff are friendly enough, they aren't rude but more non-chalant. Basically if you don't know what you want or never been there before they will not talk to you unless you pry with questions, but the bakery treats are very very good. If you can get past a little roughness the food is amazing.

Very rude lady that helped us. Made me super uncomfortable just ordering from her. I should have walked out. Some of the bakery items were great and some were just ok. Middle of the road bakery.

We bought a caramel cake from here and it was so inedible that we opted to throw it in the trash.EDIT- I messaged them regarding the same thing and they had a 'tude responding because I also gave a review publicly. Here is their response:"Well since you posted instead of letting me take care of it then I guess it's done" -Ryals BakeryThey also turned off messaging so I couldn't respond. Not only does their cake suck but so does their customer service.

My husband lived in Milledgeville until we got married. He loved their smiley cookies and caramel brownies. So each year for his birthday I call in an order for him. We have been married 31 years and he continues to love their stuff.

Ryals Bakery is an amazing place with great service and baked goods. I love o stop by there on my lunch break or on a special occasion. The cookies remind me of the ones my grandmother made when I was young. I highly recommend them.

I used to love this bakery when it was Kirkpatrick's Bakery. I have gone to this bakery since I was a kid (25+ years) and it was the best. But, ever since Ryals took over the business, it has gone straight down hill! The people there are not friendly AT ALL. I could get better service at a gas station! And the bakery products are sometimes stale, actually a LOTof the time they are stale. For example, I visited Milledgeville around Thanksgiving and went there & purchased a caramel cake. It looked ok, but when I cut it, the caramel just fell off the cake and the inside of the cake was hard as a brick. I went back in to talk to someone and the owner was called and she said, "When you buy it, it's yours". She was very rude and would not offer me anything in return. I will NEVER buy anything else from this bakery and I will tell everyone I come in contact with to NEVER GO THERE!!!BAD BUSINESS & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Employees are rude and not very intelligent! I placed an order on Friday and asked for chocolate petit fours for Saturday. I was told I couldn’t get chocolate petit fours on Saturday when I placed my order. When I walked in the store, there were lots of chocolate petit fours in the case. This does not make any sense. I won’t shop here, nor do I suggest anyone else to shop here.
